Agreement to Terms

Using this platform constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you disagree with any provision, discontinue use immediately. We reserve the right to modify terms with reasonable notice, and continued use after changes indicates acceptance of revised terms.

Platform Access and Use

Platform access is granted for personal, non-commercial use related to your professional development. You may not share account credentials, redistribute content, or use materials for commercial training delivery without explicit written authorization.

Eligibility

Platform use requires minimum age of eighteen years and capacity to enter binding agreements. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that information provided during enrollment is accurate.

User Responsibilities

Participants agree to conduct that maintains platform integrity and respects other users:

  Maintain confidentiality of account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

  Provide accurate information during enrollment and update details if circumstances change affecting program participation.

  Engage with content and instructors professionally, respecting diverse perspectives and maintaining constructive communication.

  Complete assessments independently, representing your own understanding rather than copying from external sources or other participants.

Prohibited Activities

Certain activities violate these terms and may result in account suspension or termination:

  Copying, redistributing, or commercially exploiting platform content without explicit written authorization from us.

  Sharing account credentials with others or accessing content through accounts belonging to other participants.

  Attempting to circumvent platform security measures, access restricted areas, or interfere with system operation.

  Using automated tools to download content in bulk or scrape platform data without permission.

  Engaging in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior toward instructors, support staff, or other participants.

Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content, including instructional materials, videos, assessments, and documentation, remains our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Enrollment grants limited license to access content for personal learning purposes only, not ownership or redistribution rights.

Participant Submissions

Discussion posts, project submissions, and other content you create through the platform remain your intellectual property. However, you grant us non-exclusive license to use submissions for platform improvement, instructor feedback, and showcasing participant work with your permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference. We collect and process data necessary for service delivery in compliance with Canadian privacy legislation. By using the platform, you consent to such collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service Disclaimers

Important limitations on warranties and representations regarding platform and services:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use or inability to use services, even if advised of such damage possibility.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses including legal fees arising from your platform use, content submissions, or violation of these terms or applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution

Procedures for addressing disagreements arising from these terms or platform use:

Governing Law

These terms are governed by laws of the Province of Ontario and federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings must be brought in courts located in Ontario.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate platform access for terms violations, disruptive behavior, or fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your right to access content ceases, though certain provisions including intellectual property protections, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable advance notice posted on the platform. Material changes will be communicated via email to enrolled participants. Continued use after modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, while remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any enrollment agreements, constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding platform use, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
